You work on site in the operational facility management of Vitos Nordhessen gGmbH and attend the real estates and properties of the company You are part of the team in the daily task management, solving technical challenges and ensuring smooth, legally secure order assignment In the case of repair and entertainment measures, as well as in the case of construction projects or in the development of the property, you take on the technical work You ensure that operator obligations and legal requirements of the real estate and property company are complied with and implemented You take care of the operational safety and compliance with legal requirements (e.g. hygiene). You represent Infrastructure/Facility Management in case of absence

You have completed university studies in the field of architecture, (construction) engineering or completed training as a technician with relevant professional experience You bring comprehensive experience and well-founded practical knowledge, in particular in the processing of construction and renovation projects or the technical building management, ideally in operational hospital management or a comparable system-critical facility, with You know yourself with the common operator requirements as well as the related rules, standards and laws You already have experience with order assignments according to HOAI/VOB and are experienced in the application of Microsoft Office and CAFM software products You draw your attention through a team-oriented “Hands on” mentality, structured working and a high sense of responsibility You have a class B licence
