For the specialist area of the aid supply, you take on the content responsibility, clarify special individual cases and support team development by finding technical basic solutions. You accompany the strategic performance and cost-effectiveness monitoring, evaluate important key figures and help develop our reporting in practice. The technical assistance in optimizing our workflows and maintaining the internal control system for quality assurance is in your hands. You provide advice to colleagues in the team as well as adjacent departments and regularly agree with the other executives and the competence center management. In the everyday organization of the service, the creation of practical work regulations, and in the case of personal business topics, you will get creative. You pay attention to compliance with technical requirements and ensure the correct use of performance.

You have relevant technical/university training or have corresponding knowledge acquired due to equivalent activities and experience. You bring well-founded expertise and several years of professional experience in the field of aid and visual aids. Knowledge in strategic reporting and performance and economics monitoring are desirable. Embossed analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex facts are of course for you. You have a very precise, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Enforcement, communication strength and cooperation will complete your profile.
