Purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, purchasing articles, auxiliary materials and printing and advertising materials Ensuring a smooth ordering process including Demand determination, time and delivery monitoring Maintenance of product master files and piece lists as well as booking material movements Preparation, implementation and follow-up of supplier discussions Implementation of supplier research as well as selection, qualification and auditing of new suppliers Creation of purchase analyses to support sound decisions Active cost optimization and further development of our purchasing and procurement processes Leading price and contract negotiations and award decisions Planning and organisation of regular sample inventory and implementation of annual inventory

Completed commercial or business training - ideally focusing on purchasing, supply chain or comparable qualification First professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the cosmetics, food or consumer goods industry Secure understanding of business and economic relations Negotiating and sovereign occurrence as well as pronounced enforcement Very good communication skills and a high level of responsibility Analytical thinking ability and ability to solve problems structured Experience in handling ERP systems and safe handling of popular MS Office applications Good knowledge of English for cooperation with international suppliers
