You run the Control, Controlling & Processes in the Construction Project Management division of IKP You develop and manage uniform standards for Commercial & Contract Management, process development, project controlling and risk and quality management You relieve the operational project departments through professional control and support services You bear the responsibility for the performance and contract definition and the conclusion of the contract in the relevant procurement and contract procedures (in particular VOB and VgV procedures) of the Construction Project Management division You take over the legal project management in the sense of a strategic, legal and economic design of the construction projects

You have a completed university degree with a structural or technical-economic focus, for example civil engineering with deepening construction, economic engineering construction, business management construction or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the development, control and handling of construction and Real estate projects, ideally in the public sector or in the handling of contracting entities, are of advantage You are decision-making and result-oriented You are interested in implementing new ideas and innovations You have a high level of social competence and valuable communication
