Senior Consultant, AI - Automation / Transformation (m/f/d)

You develop and manage the company-wide strategy for the use of AI and automation technologies and promote their successful anchoring in the areas of expertise You build a network of dedicated employees in the fields of expertise, continuously develop it and establish a living community around the topics AI and automation You initiate, co-ordinate and accompany cross-sector circles and project groups in which know-how is built, applications are identified and innovative solutions are jointly developed. You identify potentials for the use of AI, power platform and automation solutions together with the disciplines, prioritize them and support their successful implementation You work closely with the areas of Enablement and Adoption, People and Culture as well as other competencies to empower employees, actively shape changes and build new skills You create framework conditions, processes and formats that promote sustainable knowledge sharing, cooperation and scaling of successful solutions across the company

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the areas of digitalization, transformation, AI, automation or IT consulting You have experience in building networks, communities or cross-disciplinary initiatives and understand how to inspire people for new topics and activate them in the long term You bring a good understanding of current AI, automation and low-code technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, RPA solutions or comparable technologies You have pronounced moderation, communication and coaching skills and can successfully combine different stakeholders and pursue common goals You have experience in monitoring change processes and understand how new technologies are successfully introduced and sustainably anchored in organisations You convince by entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, pragmatism and a high level of implementation skills and understand that strategic goals are translated into concrete results.
