Processing of technical enquiries: Cooperation with R&D and Sales teams to solve internal and external technical issues Conducting samples in laboratory and technical equipment: support in operation and maintenance of the pilot plant, carrying out corrosion tests and bath changes in the laboratory and technical environment Documentation: Technical documentation such as test reports, specifications and application instructions to support sales and customer communication Technical support of customer projects: product selection and process design in cooperation with the sales team; Support for selected projects on site

Completed vocational training as surface coating or electroplating, or equivalent specialist training (e.g. electroplating technician, master, Bachelor material science) Professional experience in decorative electroplating Precise theoretical and practical procedure for the machining of electrotechnical tasks Own-sponsored and structured operation Joy in cooperation in national and international teams Embossed communication skills German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Experience in dealing with common office software
