analyse technical requirements independently and solve system-wide questions in the modern workplace environment Modeling processes with the departments and implementing them in applications, infrastructures and services Workplace platform with focus on M365, Entra ID and Intune develop, operate and optimize Plan Releases and Control Incident and Change Management for Your Services Coordinate service providers as a technical contact person in ongoing operation New applications and services with documentation and knowledge transfer to the team

Completed IT training, computer science study or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the operation and development of modern workplace platforms: Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune Troubleshooting across platform boundaries as well as basic network and security know-how (Firewall, VPN, Switching) Experience with service provider control as well as Release/Incident/Change management Analytical thinking Competence to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way
