Customer Services ATC/TRML-4D is responsible for the Integrated Logistics Support and the subsequent In Service Support (ISS) systems of our military and civilian customers. As part of the product delivery projects, the project managers ILS create the foundations on which the ISS Responsible subsequently ensures the successful Service Operations Management in coordination with the Service Operations Manger.

Sets up and manages the support system for activities under procurement contracts in accordance with the legal requirements Sets up the support system to meet the requirements of the support contract Is responsible for the provision of the services specified in the support contract Supports the Service Operation Manager to set up support facilities Supports ad hoc program checks within the Hensoldt organization (e.g.: Operational Performance Committees) Takes responsibility for the risks and opportunities assigned to the risk management plan Supports the Programme Director in preparing, implementing and completing follow-up measures from all internal and externally required phase/mile stone checks Ensure that knowledge and best practices obtained are recorded and applied throughout the programme or throughout the programme organisation Ensures effective communication by setting up and maintaining the program communication appendix to the PMP

Corresponding qualifications in the field of aerospace systems At least 10 years of experience in the maintenance management of the Australian Armed Forces (ADF) (preferably with experience in the areas of ILS, maintenance or technical support) Detection of ADF requirements for technical and maintenance management Open for teamwork in the international/multicultural environment • Negotiating skills with customers and contractors (internal & external) Knowledge of common management tools such as MS Project, SAP German (flowing) and English (safe for negotiation)
