Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Internship, 5 to 6 months in full-time, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Vertriebsrecruiting & Talent Management, MLP Finanzberatung SE, to occupy

In a dedicated team, you have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in recruiting and to actively participate in the daily business as well as in diverse projects. You organize, control and evaluate different recruiting measures and gain comprehensive insights into our recruiting processes – both digitally and in presence. Recruiting‐Daily Business: You support advertising, communication with applicants and specialist departments as well as the organisation and implementation of career events Active Sourcing & Direct Address: You are responsible for the Active Sourcing – from the identification of suitable candidate: inside to the first address Recruiting measures: You are involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of various recruiting measures Recruiting projects: You support different projects and gain valuable insights into the coordination of our recruiting – both digitally and locally Application and selection processes: You are actively involved in the application and selection process of future interns

Studies: You complete a degree in economics with a focus on personal or marketing, psychology or a comparable subject Organization & Communication: You are a real organizational institution and have strong communication skills Working method: You work structured, reliable and self-contained MS‐Office knowledge: You have good knowledge in handling MS‐Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) Interest & Motivation: You are interested in recruiting processes, an affinity for social media and digitalization, as well as enjoying work in the team
