EDI Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

From requirement analysis to go-live and operation, you develop our EDI processes based on the Lobster Data Platform and ensure a stable, automated data exchange. You use EDI standards such as EDIFACT, EANCOM, UBL and UN/CEFACT CII to optimally support our business processes. The creation of EDI Implementation Guide using GEFEG, Swagger or Postman is also part of your task. You also set up communication channels and ensure smooth data transfer with our partners. Interfaces between Lobster Data and our customers and service providers are developed via standard protocols such as AS2, sFTP, APIs and web services. The integration and control of business processes such as orders, delivery notes and invoices in the EDI environment is also your responsibility. In addition, you are introducing ideas for automation potentials and optimizations, implementing them independently and actively working on the further development of our system landscape from integration perspective.

Ideally, you have completed your studies, such as computer science, business informatics or mathematics. If you already have practical experience in EDI development in the context of Lobster Data Platform, this is advantageous. In addition, it is desirable that you already provide part of the necessary knowledge – in the construction of missing knowledge, we support you: creation of mappings, workflows and the connection of communication protocols, handling common EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT, EANCOM, UBL, UN/CEFACT CII), structured data formats such as JSON, XML and SAP IDoc, integration of SAP systems such as APIESTAP A structured, self-responsive and analytical way of working distinguishes you. You like to work in the team and are perceived as a reliable respondent. You can also communicate with your very good German skills (mind. C1) as well as good English skills with your numerous interfaces.
