Type of employment: Full time

You plan, organize and coordinate our varied holiday and event program. Together with your colleagues, you will develop theme weeks, hiking programs, cooking seminars and seasonal events. You accompany events personally and are contact persons for our guests on site. You create the daily and weekly programs and continuously develop the content of our Bareiss app. You coordinate daily live music and coordinate with our musicians. You organize the rental of our high-quality e-bikes and are responsible for their use and accessories. You fulfill individual guest wishes and ensure that each stay becomes a special experience.

You have experience in the hotel industry, tourism, event management or in a comparable position. You will be happy to organize, keep an overview of several projects and work structured. You inspire people with your friendly, sovereign appearance and your pronounced service orientation. You have good knowledge of English; French knowledge is advantageous. You have a class B licence.

Conditions You take over the management of our holiday program and actively participate in the stay of our guests. Your workplace is located at Hotel Bareiss in Baiersbronnn-Mitteltal. You work closely with reception, concierge, gastronomy, marketing and other specialist departments. You will receive a structured incorporation and gradually take responsibility. Modern digital tools support you in the organization and planning, including our Bareiss app. Your working day is varied and connects organization, guest contact and event management.
