(CBS) is a cooperative with a long tradition: The housing association was founded in 1893 with the purpose of promoting its members primarily through good, safe and socially responsible housing services. With us you become part of a motivated team and take responsibility for the technical condition of our housing stock. Their activities include both daily maintenance and technical projects. They help to ensure the quality of living for our members and to develop our stock in a future-proof manner. Your tasks in detail: assignment, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures Planning, control and documentation of small to medium-sized modernization and refurbishment measures (e.g. strand renovations, housing modernizations) Call for tenders and awards for construction and craft services by VOB Cooperation with external specialist planners, engineering offices and craft businesses Technical inventory, detection of defects and tracking Preparation and control of cost and schedules Support for acceptances, handovers and quality assurance measures Participation in the further development of technical standards

Joy in practical technical tasks and project work Successfully completed training as a state-tested technician (e.g. construction technology, supply technology), master craftsmen or a comparable technical qualification Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel); Experience with housing software of advantage Basic knowledge of VOB (contracting and contracting regulations for construction services) Independent, structured and conscientious working Organizational talent, communication strength and team skills Ideally experience in housing or technical building management
