Nurse - outpatient nursing service (day and/or night shift) (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Basic care: For body care, dressing and daily care, our clients support you in their own home. The focus is on maintaining their independence as long as possible.

Language care:Active measures such as e.g. wound care, drug delivery or blood sugar controls are part of your task. In addition, you will observe the general health conditions of our clients and continue to make changes accordingly.

Consultation & Organization: Individual care planning and professional documentation are part of your daily work as well as the exchange with clients, relatives, doctors and other stakeholders.

Your profile

Qualifications: You will have a completed training as a caretaker or health caregiver*in and bring joy to work with people. A sense of responsibility, empathy and an independent way of working.

**The outpatient care daily requires adaptability and reliable action. We also need team skills, an appreciation of our clients and a class B driving licence.
