You tax, accompany and first report annual, half-year and further reports for our active funds You are responsible for the production of the annual accounts of our group foreign companies You support participation managers in planning and managing the annual accounts of our property companies You coordinate the company reviews of our property companies and act as a central contact person You ensure the quality of annual accounts and reporting data You take the technical correspondence with auditors, accountants and external service providers You coordinate external service providers for timely reporting and completion You work in new colleagues, advise them professionally and take control tasks You analyze complex processes and take concrete measures to increase efficiency and quality You develop standards for the production of annual reports and implement new requirements (e.g. regulatory issues) You are actively engaged in internal and overarching projects and efficiency initiatives

You have experience in monthly, half-year and annual accounts – ideally in the real estate or fund environment You have the pleasure of process optimization, cooperation and further development of standards and are an organizational talent You have first experience in fund or accounting, accounting or reporting You have a completed commercial training or study (BA/FH/Uni) or comparable training Qualifications in accounting are desirable You work structured, independent, analytical and solution-oriented You speak German and good English
