Acquisition of the technical, economic and operational overall responsibility for classic and agile IT projects – focusing on IT projects in the real estate management, security and construction, reconstruction and renovation of office and production areas Planning, control and coordination of projects according to time, cost, resource and quality objectives Recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements and project objectives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Coordination of all participating departments, control of work packages, milestones and quality gates as well as acceptance of project results Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and management of external service providers including risk, status and reporting management Transfer of projects into IT operations, definition of IT services and SLAs and identification of optimization potentials

Completed studies in industrial engineering, economic informatics, computer science or a comparable subject or a comparable qualification Influential experience in the coordination and management of classic and agile IT projects Funded knowledge of project management methods, ideally with certifications such as SCRUM, PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI Practice in IT service management, preferably with ITIL certification or comparable proof Communication and enforcement capabilities as well as a structured operation Individual initiative and proactive, solution-oriented and responsible action German and very good knowledge of English (mind. B2-level)
