Business organization and process control Operational Control of 9 Locations and Management of Staff (m/w/d) Organisation of personnel assignments and coordination of medical and holiday representations Participation in budget planning and updating of operating regulations and operating manuals Creation and updating of work, operational and safety instructions Ensuring the operation according to legal requirements, regulatory requirements and EfB standards Control and safeguarding the fulfilment of the contract, in particular in the field of container logistics Responsibility for occupational safety, occupational safety regulations, occupational safety measures (including risk assessments for roller compressors) Participation in ASA meetings and security visits Human resources management & employee development Management, Motivation and Further Development of Staff (m/w/d) at present 8 own, by in particular 9 locations

Implementation of employee talks and performance assessments Demand determination and organisation of training, training and coaching Checking time recording, ensuring compliance with labour-time requirements and support in monthly working time evaluation Holiday planning and personnel use control Working with the personnel selection in coordination with the management Interface Management and Communication Organisation of action days together with internal areas of expertise Coordination with operating lines and external partners Infrastructure & administration Collection and coordination of offers for the organisation of repair, cleaning and maintenance measures Examination of invoices (e.g. electricity, cleaning, telephone, repairs) Responsibility for cash bills and control of cash transactions

Professional qualifications Complete training as a specialist for recycling and waste management or in the technical field Knowledge of waste management is desirable Safe handling of MS365 applications Driving licence and own vehicle required due to changing places of use Professional experience Experience in leadership of employees (m/w/d) and teams Routine in professional handling of demanding customer situations Experience in organizational and co-ordinative tasks of advantage Personal characteristics Enforcement, high communication skills and friendly and open appearance Customer-oriented operation, flexibility, reliability and loadability High stress resistance and excellent organisational skills Ready to work outdoors, including lifting and carrying heavy goods
