You support the team in operating daily business (termination with trainers, participants, sending invitations, etc.) You prepare seminars, workshops and events before and after as well as support their design and implementation You actively research new training opportunities and trends in personnel development You take part in personnel development You help to implement personal development and knowledge management measures
You are an advanced student in economics, psychology, pedagogy or in a comparable course of study You have an independent and structured way of working as well as conceptual skills and reliability You have a strong commitment as well as strong communication and team skills You are routined in dealing with common MS Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote)
