This position is created as a central function for enabling and implementing AI applications (primary LLMs) across the company. You work closely with our AI control board and take a coordinating role across several IT teams. Not only do you design individual solutions, but you actively contribute to anchoring AI in our corporate landscape. You plan, organize and configure central infrastructure applications for AI systems as well as networked AI and IT systems. You accompany your future colleagues in implementing AI applications and support them with your technical know-how. You coordinate the necessary adaptations of existing IT systems to successfully integrate AI applications. You opt for internal processes and participate in their definition, documentation and compliance. You support and train employees in the application of modern AI technologies. You are actively working on the further development and implementation of our AI strategy. You act as an interface between disciplines, AI control board and IT. You take special projects and new topics in the AI environment.

A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Practical experience in design, architecture and introduction of AI systems and the implementation of AI applications. Enthusiasm for modern AI technologies. Experience in managing and supporting IT and AI projects. Analytical thinking, communication strength and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation. Own initiative, creativity and a solution-oriented way of working. A sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data. Good knowledge of German and English.
