The 'Order Center and User Help Desk' section is responsible for creating offers and takes over orders for projects in ''Supply and Repair Management'', especially for spare parts deliveries and repair processing.

Creation of offers and acceptance of orders for projects in ''Supply and Repair Management'' In-Service Support Project Managers for Radar and Self-Protection Systems in the 'Sales and Distribution' module Order opening in SAP as well as the creation and monitoring of cost carriers during repair operations Processing of operations in the order module and in repair management tool (IMT, CS module of SAP) Ordering the production or external subcontractors, including the purchase order for repair operations Control of dates and costs for all operations in the field of activity Completion of the processes and the order in SAP during repair processes including the invoice to customers in Germany and abroad and, if necessary, a final reporting in German or English Supporting the handling of customer returns in case of warranties, retrofits and upgrades

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable Advantages of specific additional qualification by continuing training or professional experience Experience in handling or comparable Experience in project work and in the international environment Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Ability to conduct consultations with customers and subcontractors Communication and team skills Preventive German and English knowledge advantageous
