Industrial Measurement Engineer (m/w/d) Airbus

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as an Industrial Measurement Engineer (m/w/d) Airbus at the 28199 Bremen site as part of the transfer of employees. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Implementation and optimization of measurement and inspection systems by business processes and quality standards NC Programming for Measurement Technology Software for Digitization of Measurement Processes Analysis of design and manufacturing requirements and implementation in metrological solutions Creation and support at Frontier Drawings in the development phase (pre-design) in cooperation with the Industrial Tolerance & Capability Engineer Contribution to the standardization of global testing processes for geometrical parameters (control plans in the multi-Functional team) Definition and preparation of geometric measuring tasks as well as ensuring robust inspection processes (including feedback loops) Requirements analysis and selection of suitable measuring systems in coordination with the Airbus Measurement Catalog and central ME functions Qualification and validation of measurement systems according to measurement system analysis Cooperation with engineering, manufacturing and specialists (e.g. Jigs & Tools, Manufacturing Engineering) to define measurement strategies Support for problem solutions in series production by non-standard measurement tasks Participation in process improvements as part of the local or global industrial measurement team

Qualifications & professional experienceCompleted studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or metrology (bachelor or comparable) Multiannual professional experience (min. 2 years) in the fields:Construction Manufacturing Engineering Measurement technology / 3D measurement method

Knowledge of NC programming and process management Very good knowledge of CATIA V5 Language knowledge: German, English fluent Personal requirementsVery good communication and team skills at all levels Analytical, structured operation and high result orientation Loadability, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking even in complex situations
