The Inhouse Labour Relations team, which is part of Corporate Legal & Compliance, is the first representative for executives and employees in all personal and personal matters. We support and advise FERCHAU Group's companies in the design of the employee-life cycle - from recruitment to termination including labour disputes. Our exciting working day is characterized by diverse tasks with an interdisciplinary character.

Individually responsible support of a defined employee area in all personal questions, from entry to exit Technical advice and proactive:r Sparringspartner:in the specialist and executives in labour law and personal questions, development and implementation of viable solutions, especially in the case of individual personnel measures Implementation of labour law and labour court disputes, perception of court appointments and preparation of documents for lawyers and courts Creation of work contracts, contract changes, target agreements, evaluations etc. Cooperation with overarching HR projects from the development of solutions to the implementation and continuous improvement of these Continuous development of HR instruments, processes and measures in cooperation with the interface departments, in particular with Payroll, Labour Relations & Processes, Human Resources Development & Recruiting and IT

Successfully completed studies of law and/or economic law, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of labour, social and collective bargaining law Ability to penetrate more complex legal situations quickly and quickly get involved in new issues and implement them independently Embossed communication and team skills and joy in dealing with people A way of working with responsibility, empathy and liability as well as good organizational capacity Secure control of current MS Office applications and a good understanding of further IT programs, such as SAP/HR
