As the first contact person:in air freight questions, you will take care of customers independently, create offers and tax the entire order process. You are proactive customer relationships, driving new business forward and ensuring smooth handling with your friendly, open way. How to introduce yourself You act as the first contact person for our customers and partners in the field of air freight According to the motto ''Your customers are your success,'' you independently enter your customers in the entire process and keep them up to date You independently process customer requests and start offerings You tax the order processing from order acceptance, document check to the completion of the shipment You work closely with all operational departments, sales and, in particular, customers Proactive customer support and sustainable solutions to ensure a long-term and partner customer relationship are of course for you You develop new business, expand the portfolio of our existing customers and actively work on customer recovery

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have already collected and presented well-founded professional experiences in customer service and air freight You are familiar with office programs and do not have a barbarity with new systems You enter your customers with an open, communicative and friendly way You are an organizational institution and have good time management The work in a strong team is fun Good knowledge of German and English facilitate communication with global partners
