As a helper production (m/w/d) in Altona, you work with 3 layers in a clearly structured environment, where reliability and clean work are required. The activity is well suited if you bring your first professional experience or as a cross-release, find a solid entry into production.

• You support simple production processes and make sure that the individual steps interlock smoothly.
• Materials and products are prepared, assigned and forwarded in the ongoing process.
• Work according to work instruction is just as important as a careful look at quality and completeness.
• In layer operation, you take tasks reliably within the 3-layer and keep an overview even with changing processes.
• You help you to pack, pack and sort products to keep production stable.
• Cleanliness and order in the workplace remain in sight at any time due to your conscientious working.
• With simple control and support tasks, you work closely with the team and contribute to a quick process.

We are looking for

For this position, a practical, reliable entry type fits with the desire for production and team work. If you like to work according to clear specifications and feel comfortable in a layer model, you already have a good basis.

• First experience in production is helpful, but also motivated cross-comers with willingness to learn are welcome.
• You work carefully and keep yourself safe from work instructions.
• A responsible handling of materials, products and work equipment is obvious to you.
• Ready to work in the 3-layer model should be present.
• Layer models with changing times of use are feasible and easy to plan.
• Teamability, reliability and a fast working style complete your profile.
• A solid understanding of simple, practical processes helps you to work quickly.
