Our field of action is the development and realization of housing projects. For our region Southwest with locations in Stuttgart, Freiburg and Überlingen we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented and pragmatic team to support the team Projekttwickler (m/w/d) In this function you plan and initiate the realization of housing projects of different sizes and typology. They perceive the coordination function of all planning-relevant areas of a project, from the construction plan stage to the implementation stage. The close cooperation with the management of project development, project management, business controlling and sales management in a joint project team is the basis of your success.

Control of the project development process and coordination with all project participants (up to construction permit and sales start as well as up to LPH 4/5 HOAI) Acquisition and Land Purchase, Participation in Competitions and Excises Planning implementation and optimization of a brand-friendly product Development of building plans Selection, negotiation and control of the expert planner team Close cooperation with project management and support for project management in matters of execution and design as well as planning and construction law reviewing the feasibility, cost-effectiveness and technical implementation planning; Check development planning and coordination with local authorities and specialist planners in cooperation with project management Dealing with offices, authorities, utilities and contractors Creation and submission of the building input plans and implementation of building law Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations and scenarios in coordination with the internal areas of expertise, taking into account future-oriented construction techniques, sustainability and social criteria, keyword: ESG Regular reporting of the project progress in the form of project team meetings incl. Date or Project structure plan Housing Policy Presentation and Network Care Creating sales documents in coordination with other departments and quality assurance of sales documents, creation of MaBV regulations

Property-relevant degree, with orientation in the field of architecture or civil engineering Long-term and practice-related professional experience in project development, preferably for a developer or project developer Good commercial understanding, interest in product development and also in project marketing Joy and at best also experience with future-oriented topics, such as e.g. B. sustainable development or certification systems Safe knowledge of planning and construction law, knowledge of German administrative structures, relevant legislation, basic book topics and construction regulations Regional networking in the real estate market Contract security for purchase contracts, planner contracts and urban contracts German in word and writing; safe handling of modern IT Team skills, strength of conviction and communication as well as a strong sense of cost and quality
