The central focus of your activity is the planning of layers and services of your team members to ensure permanent operational readiness. WHY THE ROLE FOR YOU SPEAKING Through correct and consistent planning work, you will ensure a permanent occupation of all relevant technical positions in your team as well as trouble-free operation of material flow technology.

You document all inspection, maintenance, testing and repair work in accordance with the legal requirements.

You are responsible for the application of team development training materials and participate in the recruitment process for new employees for your team.

Your interest in the latest technology and your constant search for innovations ensure a high level of knowledge and work within the department. You will be happy to receive the in- and external training offer.

WHAT DO YOU KNOW WHAT? You have proven management experience and bring advanced technical knowledge and extensive technical experience in electrical engineering, mechanics and automation technology (e.g. industrial and automated logistics systems).

You have extensive experience in the areas of control systems (SPS) and related equipment, as well as sound knowledge about CMMS systems (e.g. spare parts management). Training as a mechatronic and further qualifications (e.g. state-tested technicians*) complete your profile.

With your communication strength, you pass your expertise in a comprehensible, sustainable and adapted way to the knowledge level of your colleagues. Your good knowledge of B2 level will simplify the communication in the team.

You use your communication skills to create reports, edit tickets and develop work instructions and documentation for your team.

You effectively identify and tune yourself with external stakeholders, build business relationships, argue from the perspective of the stakeholders and successfully solve problems with them.
