We are looking for an early entry Junior Field & Community Manager (m/w/d) In this position you combine sales activities, event organization, community management and the creation of digital content. Ideally, you are creative both in the operational field and online and build strong relationships with retailers, athletes and local communities to strengthen brand presence in the DACH region.

Sales & Training Visit to important sports goods retailers (POS) to ensure brand presence and compliance with the merchandising guidelines. Implementation of attractive product training for sales staff. Events & Brand Activations Planning, coordination and implementation of local sports events and activities. Presentation of the brand at events and ensuring professional implementation. Brand ambassadors Extraction, training and support of a network of brand ambassadors and influencers. Support with materials, content and storytelling. Local sponsorship Social Media & content creation Creating authentic content (photos, videos, contributions) for social media care of local community relationships on relevant platforms. Coordination & Reporting Coordination and reporting to sales and marketing manager DACH Contact between local markets and international marketing. Interface to customer service for POS Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting on sales, events and digital activities.

Experience: professional beginners welcome; Knowledge of sales, marketing, event management, commercial marketing or community management (sport/outdoor industry of advantage).

Language knowledge: flowing German and English knowledge, French knowledge of advantage

Competences: Strong organizational and communication skills. Practical, proactive work and independent work. Ability to create attractive digital content (basic knowledge of image and video editing of advantage). Good understanding of sports culture and local communities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Personality: Energy-charged, communicative, creative, solution-oriented and team-capable.

Other: readiness to frequent service trips in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
