Product Modeler (m/f/d)

As a product modeler, you work in the interface between product development and technology. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. We exchange and develop together. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: Your competence is in demand: You are part of the agile team “Product Modeling” and work in regular Scrum meetings. Their focus is on the standard product modelling of insurance products of different divisions in the new stock system (SHURK). You keep an overview: Your tasks include the design and maintenance of structured and understandable project and process documentation. With your expertise, you contribute your part to the further development and optimization: you take over the analysis and advice on the possible implementation of specialist competencies from product development in the new inventory system. You can help with advice and action: As part of your activity, you support inventory and damage control and perform ad hoc analyses.

Education: You have successfully completed a study of (economic) computer science, (techno- or economic) mathematics or comparable training. Experience: Ideally, you have experience in the business process analysis and documentation as well as in the handling of tools (e.g. Jira). Knowledge: Already existing programming skills (e.g. VBA) are advantageous. You can also communicate safely in word and writing in the German language. Personality: You are characterized by their analytical and conceptual skills. In addition, you have a good abstraction capability and a high understanding of systemic processes. Their strength lies in their structured and targeted way of working. Fun at the project work: You bring a strong tendency to project-oriented work, combined with a high level of communication and team skills as well as self-initiative and creativity.
