Contract and Contracting Office (m/w/d)

We are looking for the building office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The Service Center for Construction Contracts, together with the technical offices and private enterprises of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart, carries out the tendering, awarding and follow-up examination for the architectural and construction contracts and is organised in two fields. We also advise in the project processing. More and more large-scale projects are being prepared and implemented across the board from the point of view of planning and construction. You conduct national and EU-wide procurement procedures on the electronic procurement platform according to VOB/A, UVgO and VgV, along with support and negotiations or Monitoring of RPW competitions Your activities include the project-accompanying consulting of the construction departments of the technical offices and their own companies in procurement and contract law questions for VOB/B and HOAI In addition, you are responsible for the examination of supplementary requirements of the contracted construction companies and/or additional contracts of architectural offices A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor/Diplom-Ingenieur/-in FH/TU) or a completed study as an architect or a master's degree in one of the fields of civil engineering and engineering. Construction management or a comparable degree or state-tested technician/-in/master/-in in the construction sector with corresponding professional experience A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a graduate administrator or a multiannual professional experience in the planning and/or execution of construction measures is desirable Reliable, independent and well-structured work Knowledge of procurement and construction law is advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, knowledge of languages Knowledge of common computer applications Flexibility and self-initiative when adopting new tasks Team skills, safe and friendly appearance
