We are one of the largest specialist hospitals for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics in Baden-Württemberg with 1,200 flatbeds and 2,100 employees. In five specialized clinics at several locations, we treat patients from the entire spectrum of adult psychiatry and psychosomatics. Support for the employer in the field of occupational health and safety Implementation of occupational safety practices, their logging and maintenance of improvement measures Advising executives in the statutory risk assessment, in matters of ergonomics, the constitution of operating instructions and the implementation of instructions close cooperation with the employee of the employer, the staff council, the medical service, the accident insurance, the construction and technical team and the fire protection officer Organisation and/or implementation of training for managers and security officers, non-medical first-aiders Analysis of accident reports, production of accident statistics and annual reports with recommendations to management occupational safety consulting in new construction projects and rehabilitation measures awareness of accident and health hazard workers Organisation and moderation of meetings of the Safety Committee (ASA)

Engineer /-in, architect /-in, technician /-in or master /-in with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience Continuing training on occupational safety or the willingness to follow up with our support (18-months) Ability to reconcile the diverse requirements of our hospital with the safety regulations Ability to work and to “translate” technical regulations in understandable language for the workforce good analysis, consulting and communication skills as well as accuracy and reliability
