Deputy Head of Residential Area (m/w/d)

Emilia Seniorenresidenz – a subsidiary of the municipal Klinikum Darmstadt GmbH – offers an old and nursing facility in Darmstadt in Emilstraße and a nursing and living area in the Lilienpalais. We focus on humans and life. For our Emilstraße site with a total of 150 inhabitants, we are looking for the next possible time Deputy Head of Housing (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in full time with 39 hours per week in a 5/6 day week for one of our living areas.

Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and care and computer-assisted documentation (Digital Inhabitant Acts, Documentation on Stationary Jobs and Mobile Documentation on CarePad) Control of the care process, regular care visas and case meetings based on the structural model, focus on implementation of treatment care measures Mission-oriented personnel management, personnel planning and support of our care service management/WBL Cross-vocational communication, coordination and cooperation Ensuring quality-oriented training in cooperation with our practice leaders Contact person for the needy and their relatives and supervisors

Completed three-year training in health care and nursing or care Continuing training to conduct a station/department or the readiness to obtain the additional qualification is desired Experience in personnel management and control desirable Integrity, reliability and sense of responsibility Motivation and willingness to perform, strong ability to independent engagement and creativity Good communication skills combined with safe occurrence, empathy and leadership skills
