Assembly Clerk (m/w/d)

We are looking for a qualified specialist (m/w/d) for assembly in Wangen County.

Responsibility for processing quick assembly orders to ensure a smooth project sequence Organisation and coordination of vehicles, tools and equipment for assembly operations Implementation of material requirements as well as processing of orders Creation and approval of production orders Examination and approval of incoming invoices Maintenance and updating of relevant system data Support in feedback in the absence of colleagues Active cooperation on internal projects, such as tool testing and process optimization

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management or industrial merchant, or a comparable qualification First experiences in project processing, documentation or assembly coordination are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Structured and careful operation and pronounced organisational skills Communication strength and team capability in handling different interfaces Safe handling of common IT systems and digital tools
