WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO

• Operation, maintenance and maintenance of building equipment
• Detection and execution of necessary repairs and their documentation
• Acceptance and processing of fault messages and work orders as well as preparation of completed messages
• Compliance, control and ensuring cleanliness and order at the site
• Execution of small envelopes as required
• Up and down equipment at locations in Neuss & Dortmund
• General mastery activities as required

CHECKING THE ONE

• Complete technical training in the field of technical engineering with relevant professional experience, ideally as a home technician
• Embossed craftsmanship
• High service orientation and friendly and accommodating appearance at the customer
• Solution-oriented, independent and service-oriented operation
• Strong communication and team player
• Class B driving licence
• Good knowledge of MS-OfficeGood German knowledge
