General management of LYNX programmes in cooperation with our sister companies (m/w/d) and coordination of cross-functional teams in the matrix organization Ensuring the implementation of the project in terms of performance, quality, time and budget Leadership of complex international projects Interface function and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, etc.) Coordination and safeguarding internal processes and documentation of votes and decisions This position can also be occupied at our location in Kiel.

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience required in a similar position Experience in the arms industry and/or military background desirable Knowledge in project management, in particular in the handling of project management/planning tools and knowledge in the field of Earned Value Management Very good German - and English skills in word and writing A high team capacity, strong analytical knowledge and the willingness to travel
