Stand-alone brushing, setting and operating modern CNC milling machines Programming and optimizing CNC programs directly on the machine Manufacture of individual parts, prototypes and small series according to technical drawings Processing of complex workpieces on 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines Implementation of measurement and quality controls with common measuring instruments Own-responsible implementation of the self-examination Optimization of production processes and processing strategies Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of machinery and tools Documentation of test and production data

(m/w/d), CNC milling machine (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in CNC milling and machining Knowledge of programming CNC machines Experience with Heidenhain controls of advantage Safe reading of technical drawings Self-contained, precise and quality-conscious operation Technical understanding and sense of responsibility Teamability and reliability
