FP&A Manager - Budgeting / Forecasting / Analysis (m/w/d)

Execute the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with organizational objectives Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support of evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset Able to cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
