Quality Coordinator for Nursing Education (m/f/d)

With more than 3,500 employees, the Samaritan Foundation is responsible for more than 9,000 people in nine counties in Württemberg. Of these, more than 7,000 people live in the nursing homes and nursing WGs of the foundation, spend the day in day care or are nursed by the outpatient services ''SAMARITER Mobil' at home. More than 2,000 people with disabilities or mental illness use the Foundation's assistance services, for example, in the areas of housing, workshops, support groups, daylinks and daycare facilities. The samariter foundation also operates two hospizes. The 116 houses, facilities and services of the Foundation are located in the regions Böblingen, Esslingen, Göppingen, Heidenheim, Ostalb, Reutlingen, Schwäbisch Hall, Stuttgart and Tübingen. The main administration of the Samaritan Foundation is in Nürtingen.

As a quality coordinator in our region of Böblingen, You take responsibility for patient care and actively and forward-looking training. In doing so, You accompany and promote practical guidance in nursing practice in their professional and educational development. In addition, you will ensure a high-quality, professionally sound and structured accompaniment of trainees and contribute significantly to ensuring and developing the quality of training. As a central contact person, You coordinate and maintain cooperation with our cooperating schools and work confidently with the care services from the region. In this way, You continuously develop the training structures and strengthen the sustainability of care in the region.
