We are looking for a specialist department manager (m/w/d) for our six-member team in the Construction Design department for succession.

Project management of construction measures of our ÖPNV infrastructure facilities with professional staff management Support for the management of the enterprise and takeover of special tasks Cost-responsibility for design and participation in investment and cost planning settlement of GVFG measures Further development of the department, digitization and conception of documentation processes Close cooperation and coordination with all areas of the VAG and the urban offices, ministries and authorities Supporting dual students in the field

Graduate degree as a Diplom-Bauingenieur (m/w/d), preferably with a focus on track/road/ civil engineering or a comparable academic qualification, alternative master qualification and multi-year relevant professional experience in the project management Experience in employee management Funded knowledge and multi-year practical experience in the project-leading construction design, ideally track/road/ civil engineering Applicable knowledge of VOB, HOAI, applicable laws, regulations and directives Entrepreneurial, conceptual and sustainable action Interest in incorporating into new topics as well as willingness to continue personal and professional development Hands-on mentality, communication strength as well as pronounced leadership and social competence
