The Team Web Applications develops, operates and maintains various applications for the different DKMS locations worldwide. In addition to proprietary applications based on microservices from the web/app area, these include a Self Service Portal for interaction with our potential donors. You take on the role of the business analyst:in projects and within the framework of the product development process You will get to know the processes of the department, then guide requirements for upcoming projects and optimization measures, specify them and accompany the implementation with the corresponding development and optimization measures. Implementation teams You advise the departments in implementing their technical requirements in the IT processes and support the continuous optimization of business processes from an IT perspective You support Product Owner in prioritizing requirements You create and care for professional system documentation

You have a successfully completed degree (Master) of Computer Science, Bio/Economic Informatics or an equivalent qualification You already have several years of professional experience as a business analyst:in the specification of requirements and the creation of implementation concepts based on these requirements Ideally, you will bring profound knowledge in the specification of application systems in the web environment Ideally, you can learn about modeling techniques (e.g. UML, data modeling, component design) with Structured thinking ability, independent, self-organized working methods and pronounced customer orientation are your strengths You have a strong communication and consulting capability You have very good German and good English skills
