You support the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management in a variety of tasks and obligations and perform comprehensive tasks The content preparation of appointments of stellv. Chief Executive Officers, including internal and external work meetings and committee meetings, are one of your tasks. You are responsible for the research and preparation of relevant context information, the pre-determination with interlocutors, and the coordination of third party assignments You undertake the follow-up of meetings and the follow-up of the resulting tasks The development and design of topics with strategic relevance for your Board of Management actively accompany you You support and support individual projects in your Executive Board area and thus promote important topics. Here you represent the interests of the Executive Board and report to them on progress and status quo Politically relevant developments for the Forschungszentrum Jülich, in particular with regard to the divisions of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management, observe and analyze continuously As a contact person:in the interests of the Management Board, you will ensure the flow of information to the other Management Board areas, the Management Board, further areas of the Forschungszentrum Jülich and external partners

You have successfully completed a scientific university degree with a legal or economic focus or in a related discipline You have already been able to gain first professional experience in the administrative scientific environment The system of non-university research landscape is familiar to you, ideally also the structures of the Helmholtz Association You know the system of extra-university research landscape, ideally also that of the Helmholtz Association The service-oriented support and accompaniment of your board member and the close cooperation in the team as well as with the other board representatives:inside, assistance and the board office will give you pleasure Communication strength and binding ways of handling You think strategically, possess an independent, proactive and structured way of working You can quickly and accurately record the connections and information for different purposes in German and English.
