DISCLOSURE Your responsibility lies in the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a team within the PtP Tower with about 28 employees Together with your team, you take responsibility for activities along the PtP process chain from receipt of invoices to preparation of payments and voting of settlement accounts You control the performance and efficiency of your team and ensure compliance with key figures through effective use of resources You constantly develop your employees (e.g. through training-on-the-job) You develop business processes of your own group with a strong focus on self-service and automation and ensure compliance with process requirements of the Group and the individual business units You address selected business partners around all questions in the PtP process chain You are a contact person for internal and external auditors, as well as for the internal process governance team and make sure that checks (IKS) are completed in due time You support the Head of PtP-Tower in the strategic development of the organization

THE BRINGS Your technical background: Successfully completed study of the business management theory or Economics or a comparable qualification with the focus on accounting Extensive knowledge of creditor accounting Very good knowledge of the structuring and organization of the creditor work processes Good knowledge of English You show team spirit: You have ideally first experiences with the leadership of teams Very good team skills, communication skills and social competence
