Process Manager Demand & Network Planning (m/f/d)

As part of the Group Supply Chain, you are actively involved in the standardization, digitization and optimization of the company-wide planning processes in the areas of demand, supply network and master production planning. In close cooperation with our business units and the supply planning departments of our production sites, you are conducting projects to introduce company-wide process standards including the implementation of the associated IT systems. You accompany the further development of our SC planning systems as well as the coordination and execution of tests according to IT system changes together with local key users and IT. As a central contact person, you regularly agree with the process experts (m/w/d) of our operational departments and drive selected improvement initiatives and internal knowledge transfer across departments and companies. You show optimization potentials, define measures and accompany their implementation. These include the analysis, modelling and processing of data and the definition of key figures.

You have successfully completed your studies in BWL or industrial engineering with focus on supply chain or logistics or acquired an equivalent qualification. Multiannual professional experience and very good process knowledge of sales planning or network planning as well as the (gross) capacity planning (preferably in FMCG / process industry) you are distinguished. In addition to project experience (cooperation and management of projects) and the ability to actively drive change processes, you have extensive experience with SAP IBP (demand or response & supply) or SAP APO (DP or SNP). You can be proven to analyze, represent and optimize processes, as well as implement the results in a targeted and independent manner. You speak German and English fluently and bring a healthy level of enforcement.
