HR Generalist (m/f/d)

As a HR generalist, you are the first HR-side contact person of employees and executives in your field of care, accompany the entire employee-life cycle and implements appropriate personnel measures independently You are part of global HR projects, such as HR-Systems, Pension & Benefits and Employee Engagement, but you are also responsible for your own local HR projects at the location You will review the full administration within your care area and are our HR specialist for the topic of occupational retirement (bAV) Together with our HR team, you work on the design and optimization of our HR processes You will first report as well as KPIs for the HR department and support our Payroll department in the correct implementation of the monthly pay bill With our Works Council, you are a constructive and trusting partnership, preparing hearings and operating agreements and bringing them to the conclusion As part of the local activity committee you organize employee engagement activities You support your colleagues as well as the personnel and location management as required And other exciting tasks and challenges await you with us

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification You preferably have at least 3 years of professional experience in HR work With the MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) you are well familiar and also have experience in the common HR processes of an industrial company (HRIS, Timekeeping, ATS etc.) Communication strength at all levels and the right dose of fingertip feeling, empathy, sense of responsibility and analytical as well as solution-oriented thinking characterize you You have experience in working with works councils as well as knowledge in business constitutional, labour and social security law You are looking forward to becoming part of a small but dynamic and highly motivated team You think creative and holistic, have a look for detail and like to take things into your own hands You speak English and German fluently
