As a development engineer (w/m/d), you are the architect (w/m/d) of our hardware systems. From the first concept to the series, you develop robust, future-proof solutions for the KRITIS range, which also operate reliably under extreme conditions. High-performance design: EMC-oriented design of complex analogue and digital circuits as well as a response to hardware design from idea to series Simulation & Verification: Verification of design by means of modern simulation and circuit analysis tools to ensure structural stability under variable conditions Prototyping & Laboratory: Operation, testing and optimisation of function patterns and components and systems Documentation: Creation of standard circuit diagrams, layouts, unit lists and technical reports for electronic components and subsystems Interdisciplinar cooperation: narrow co-op­eration with integrating specialist departments to secure a frictionless development process

Successfully completed studies of engineering sciences (electrotechnology, mechatronics or comparable disciplines) One-sufficient experience in the development of electronic hardware and well-founded experi­ences with regard to circuit design and production-oriented layout and hardware-related programming Safe handling of simulator tools and layout software (e.g. LTspice, PSpice, KiCad) and routine handling of laboratory measurement Experience in the hardware design of fast digital cutting points (e.g. Gigabit Ethernet, HS USB, DDR) as well as in the layout of impedance-controlled signals (dual-ended). The aim of the project is to provide a better understanding of technological challenges and system requirements.
