Recruiting and Employer Branding Specialist as parental leave limited to 1 year (m/w/d)

In Recruiting and Employer Branding we trust you our most important asset – our mgm'ies. As part of our 7-strong team, you will ensure that our corporate culture and values radiate outwards and we attract the right talents. But not enough: we want to grow, but not with anyone. Recruiting is an essential part of our success and one of the most strategic tasks for us.

Your Mission is clear: Showing the world who we are, keep building our employer brand and support us in winning the best minds and binding in the long term.

Your tasks

• You accompany applicants: during the entire recruiting process, from job alerts, appointments and leadership of job interviews to offer submissions - you are constantly thinking for an excellent Candidate Experience
• You organize recruiting events and fairs and present mgm as an attractive employer
• You create targeted content for different media (card page, social media channels, campaigns, internal blog) in different formats (podcasts, videos, graphics)
• You regularly exchange with different stakeholders (for events, our recruiting measures, cooperations, ...)
• Last but not least, you support the employees' association (e.g. the organisation of internal events)

• You already have a completed study or a comparable training in your pocket
• First professional experience in recruiting or Employer Branding can be demonstrated by internships or work students activities, ideally with the focus on IT and/or consulting
• Ideally, you have first experience in dealing with image/video editing or lust to learn this
• Ideas, openness and communication skills - You convince not only mgm, but also the applicants:inside and potential interests:inside
• You are an organizational talent, a problem solver:in and a team player:in and a wide range of tasks
• You are interested in technology, digitalization and AI and are happy to try new things to make processes more efficient or more automated
• Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
