Your mission – You digitally keep Finance & Controlling moving and make sure that processes work, people work together and systems grow sustainably. Ensuring application operation: You are responsible for the stable operation of the ERP and connected systems used in Finance & Controlling and ensure their sustainable use in regular operation. User and department support: You are the central contact person for the specialist areas, supports the users in day-to-day business and assist them in questions, disruptions and process adaptations. Requirement management & implementation: You analyse technical requirements from Finance & Controlling, prioritize them and implement them independently or coordinate the implementation with internal IT colleagues and external service providers. Error analysis & optimization: You analyze disturbances, identify optimization potentials in processes and systems and guide sustainable solutions to improve quality and efficiency. Stream support: As a central player for stream leads and disciplines, you support system-related issues and ensure implementation according to defined process and system guidelines. Further development of the system landscape: You participate in the continuous development of the applications and support the transition from project to stable operating structures after the ERP introduction.

Your profile – technical strength meets entrepreneurial thinking. This brings you to successfully develop our FICO world. Experience in application management or similar roles: You bring practical experience in the care of applications in regular operation – ideally in the context of ERP systems or complex specialist area solutions. ERP-/SAP-Affinity: You have knowledge in SAP (including finance, controlling, treasury). More important, however, is your ability and willingness to work quickly and sustainably into existing system landscapes and new applications. Analytical and Structured Thinking: You recognize optimization potentials and find suitable sustainable solutions. Communication strength: You explain technical facts intelligible and have an open ear for colleagues. Own responsibility and reliability: You work independently, keep an overview of parallel enquiries and consistently bring topics to completion – both in the team and independently.
