You are responsible for process optimization and restructuring: You analyze and reorganize existing cleaning objects (personnel, material, processes) to increase efficiency and service quality You plan, organize and control start of new orders until a stable transfer to object management You check object calculations and make sure that the specified target values (hours, material use) are reached You are responsible for the incorporation and training of management personnel: intensive support, incorporation and training of object managers and foreworkers in the optimized processes and quality standards You conduct initial audits and establish a sustainable quality management during the start phase, in order to remedy shortcomings and to secure customer satisfaction in the long term

(m/w/d) or an equivalent professional qualification Several years of professional and management experience required at least at the level of the object Driving licence class B as well as readiness to travel for the area North East Germany necessary Good IT skills and affinity for process digitization desirable Ideally: Detectional successes in controlling and optimizing cleaning objects
