For this purpose, the performance is documented, analyzed and reported back to the service providers and the relevant RV carriers in order to support quality management. In addition, we analyze and interpret socio-demographic as well as performance data in order to address the diverse issues relating to the services of DRV to internal and external customers as well as the legislator.

They take care of the planning, development and introduction of IT procedures for the automation of routine processes or for the evaluation of data, including the Reha quality assurance.
