Senior Finance Specialist Billing (m/f/d)

Operational billing at senior level: You are responsible for the proper and timely accounting of our projects/services. Process optimization: You analyze our existing accounting processes and identify potential for improvement. Interface management: You work closely with other areas (finance and operational areas PLs) and ensure smooth processes and transparent information. Key figures & Reporting: You will evaluate relevant key figures and take appropriate measures. Expert contact: You act as a contact person for billing questions and support colleagues with your expertise. Perspective Team Leadership: Depending on the experience and development, you gradually take more responsibility in coordinating tasks, the professional guidance of colleagues: both in the team and in perspective.

Experience in billing: You bring multi-year professional experience in billing, debitor management or comparable finance roles – ideally in the project or service business. Competence: You are familiar with accounting processes, ERP/Billing systems and relevant legal requirements and are delighted to standardize and digitize processes. Analytical thinking: You work structured with numbers and data, recognize potential for improvement and implement efficient solutions pragmatically. Communication strength & team spirit: You communicate clearly, can also explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner and can work with different interfaces. Development to leadership: You are interested in taking more responsibility in perspective and developing yourself towards professional and later, if necessary, disciplinary leadership. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
