Commercial accompaniment of our shareholdings and economic participation in M&A projects Implementation of cost and performance accounting for construction projects Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations for construction projects Implementation of sales and costing analyses, e.g. evaluation of offer calculations, price structures, aggregate calculations and comparisons Participation in budget planning for construction projects and investments, ongoing monitoring and deviation analyses Operational and strategic controlling, including project controlling, liquidity controlling, equity controlling, accounting controlling, forecasting and target-actual comparisons Monthly reporting, including compilation and analysis of target-actual balances of seasonal targets and deadline results Implementation of sound business analysis on construction projects, construction processes, cost structures and optimization potentials Participation in the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB and the balance sheet

Studies in Business Administration or Comparative Business Qualification At least three years of professional experience in financial controlling, financial accounting or a commercial role Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel; Experiences with SAP, DATEV and the building software iTWO are desirable Ideally industry knowledge in building and basic knowledge in building law (VOB/B) Impressed analytical skills, a structured, precise way of working and willingness to punctual missions High communication strength, team capability and a pronounced hands-on mentality
