Negotiations of the rates of remuneration (acquisition and personnel costs, investment costs) with institutions and services in the field of integration assistance and assistance for care Close cooperation with other departments of the district and the care funds Participation in internal and external working groups and bodies

(m/w/d) (FH), specialist focus on non-technical administration, or in another specialized field of administration and finance; or A completed apprenticeship II or A degree in public administration, in the legal or economic field (e.g. Bachelor of Laws [LL.B.], Bachelor of Arts [B.A.] in the field of Public Management) In addition, we wish: Self-employed, careful and targeted working, self-initiative and decision-making as well as a good understanding of figures Responsibility and resilience for high work Very good oral and written expression (C2 level), self-certificate appearance, good negotiation skills and strong team skills Administrative knowledge and good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel) Good knowledge and, if necessary, professional experience in controlling, cost accounting or Calculation, in the cost structure of the remuneration and care rates, in the overriding social assistance or in collective bargaining driving licence of class B and the willingness to take place dates; the places are not always accessible
